A Florida woman who told authorities she was Harry Potter has been arrested in connection to a hit-and-run that killed a New York judge and injured a six-year-old boy.
According to the Associated Press, 23-year-old Nastasia Snape has been charged with vehicular homicide and other felonies after she killed the New York District Judge, Sandra Feuerstein and injured the six-year boy, Anthony Ovchinnikov.
Reports state she went around stopped traffic, onto a sidewalk and struck Feuerstein and then later went back and hit the young boy.
Witnesses also say that when authorities got to the scene, Snape “began fighting with emergency medical workers in the ambulance" and repetitively kept saying "she was Harry Potter."
During the incident, police found in Snape's purse a synthetic drug known as “bath salts," which can cause psychotic episodes.
As of yesterday, April 11th, Snape is behind bars and with a $60,000 bond.
