What's been the craziest thing you've done to avoid going into work? Well, an Arizona teen took it to the extreme.
According to Arizona's ABC news station, a 19-year-old claimed he was kidnapped just to get out of work. A few weeks back on February 10, the Arizona police responded to a call about a “male subject whose hands were bound behind his back with a belt and had a bandana stuffed in his mouth."
Once the cops got there, 19-year-old Brandon Soules told authorities that he was kidnapped in front of his home by two masked men who hit him in the head, which made him lose conscious. Arizona authorities further investigated Soules’s claims and found no evidence to support his statements.
The teen has since then been arrested for filing a false police report, where he admitted his story was completely made up so he could get out of work. Now, Soules has been fired from his previous work, plead guilty to charges and was fined $550 dollars.
Crazy, right?!
