Now this is a crazy story.
An armed man showed up at Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles in Pasadena, where demanded all their chicken and waffles before runnig off.
According to ABC 7, the incident happened on Wednesday night (January 3), when the suspect first walked into the restaurant to order, he was turned away because he wasn't wearing a mask. So he returned through the back of the restaurant with a gun.
Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles cook Robert Gonzalez was in the kitchen when the suspect walked in and he details the scary incident.
"He comes straight toward me with a gun, pointing at me and saying put all the chicken in the bag," Gonzalez told ABC 7. "He didn't take any cash," he added. "He actually took chicken and before he walked out the door he took syrup for his chicken."
Pasadena police is still looking for the suspect so if anyone has any information, they're urged to call (626)744-4501.
