A San Fernando Valley woman who survived COVID-19 in April, delivered tamales to the health care workers who took care of her at the hospital.
According to KTLA 5, Margarita Montanez spent 20 days connected to a ventilator at the hospital earlier this year. So to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of her and she decided to thank them by making 800 tamales.
