A Michigan man was found washed up on a private beach this morning with a winning lottery ticket found in his waller that he was unfortunately never able to cash, WLUC reports.
Gregory Jarvis, 57, was playing the Club Keno add-on game The Jack at the Blue Water Inn on Monday Sept. 13th when he hit the jackpot of $45,000. Sadly he was couldn't cash the ticket because there was a problem with his Social Security card, and in order to get his money he had to apply for a new card.
