Jesus isn’t the only one rising!
Kanye West’s latest album lands the number one spot on the charts just a week after its release.
It also made for the second largest sales week of the year for an R&B album.
The rapper is now tied with Eminem for having nine consecutive number one albums.
But Kanye may take the lead after he releases “Jesus is Born” on Christmas Day. In an interview with Zane Lowe, Kanye said that he believes, “God has given me a gift that I pray for and so many people love," and that if he stops then, "he might start to take all the things away."
