The trick to looking like Jennifer Lopez? Sleep and water! (So easy right?)
She says she sleeps 7 to 9 hours a night. She gets 10 or 11 hours of sleep on her days off.
She mixes up her workout between yoga, circuit training and lifting weights.
She admits to not being a perfect eater but when she's been "bad" she will drink a protein shake at breakfast and again at bedtime.
Her protein drink of choice? Sunflower butter, chocolate protein powder and banana.
There you have it ... water and sleep. Who would have ever thought.
