Issa Rae is developing an updated version of the movieย Set It Off.
The original was released in 1996 and started Queen Latifah, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Vivica A. Fox, and Kimberly Elise.
The movie was groundbreaking at the time as four women of color took on these dynamic roles.
According to several reports, Rae might also star in the film!
