The Boondocks is getting a reboot!
Creator Aaron McGruder will lead the new version of the series for Sony.
The updated Boondocks will "update the cult, subversive satire for the modern era.” The Freeman family will go up “against the evil local government tyrant Uncle Ruckus, who rules the fictional Woodcrest County, Maryland with an iron fist.”
