Jennifer Lopez shared some behind-the-scenes footage of her Met Gala fitting on her YouTube channel, her gown, which was a dazzling iridescent Versace dress that included a matching headpiece.
The gown took 50 days to create and was dripping with degradé Swarovski crystals and was in part created by the late designer and tailor Luigi Massi.
Lopez was brought to tears while trying on the dress, “Knowing Luigi was making this gown when he passed away. It’s difficult, but at the same time it’s also a celebration of his work,” said Lopez.
The video also features her getting ready for her walk down the Met Gala carpet which took seven hours!
