T.I. honored his late sister Precious Chapman by paying it forward to a deserving college student.
The Atlanta rapper has launched a scholarship in honor of his late sister. The first $25,000 scholarship was awarded to Tierani Scott, a junior at Philander Smith College.
Chapman died in February from injuries she received in a car crash at the age of 66.
