Here's some good news for the millions planning to hit the roads this Thanksgiving: gas prices are at the lowest they've been in a while.
After reaching a four-year high last month, the pinch at the pump has plummeted, dropping 21 cents a gallon. The latest figures from AAA show gas is averaging $2.654, which is still a few cents higher than last year's $2.562.
The motor club notes that 54 million people will be traveling at least 50 miles for the holiday, which could cause delays of up to four times more than normal in cities like San Francisco, New York, and Boston.
