Colin Kaepernick's face and hair could show up on t-shirts and backpacks soon.
Kaepernick's company, Inked Flash Incorporated, filed a trademark on a black and white image of his afro and face.
The application said Kaepernick is considering using the picture for commercial uses like merchandise, television shows, and movies as well as workshops, seminars, and classes focusing on self-empowerment.
Kaepernick became one of the faces of Nike's current Jusr Do It campaign last month.
Will you be buying merch with Kaepernick's face and hair on it?
