Lil Xan has gained a lot of notoriety for a lot of reasons but now he'll be known as the rapper who couldn’t handle his Cheetos.
Lil Xan posted an Instagram video of himself riding in the back of an ambulance.
He later told fans that the ride wasn’t due to drugs, it was actually due to eating one too many hot Cheetos.
Yup, you read that right.... TOO MANY HOT CHEETOS.
Lil Xan said it, “ripped something in my stomach open so I puked a little blood.” He added, "Be careful, Hot Cheetos are one hell of a drug aha."
