Now this is what I call being innovative.
I saw this on my Twitter feed and wanted to share because I thought it was really interesting that many Cubans use latex condoms in ways that seem SO unorthodox to us here in the states.
According to Reuters World, many of the locals in Cuba use condoms to fish, tie up hair, and even to ferment wine! Now, this isn't really by choice, because many Cubans lack basic goods due to the Communist state of the island, they really are left with no other choice but to be innovative and resourceful.
