Well, SZA's breakthrough album Ctrl has officially reached platinum status on the strength of streaming.
You're probably wondering how someone could go platinum based off of streams... well the current way of calculating, 1500 streams equals 1 album sale. Ctrl has over 2.3 billion streams since its release last year. So do the math! That's a lot of streams!
