Colin Kaepernick Thanks Rappers For Their Support Amid EA Sports Censorship

EA Sports was in hot water last week after it was revealed that they edited out Colin Kaepernick's name from one of the songs on the Madden 19 soundtrack.

Big Sean, who collaborated on YG's track "Big Bank," which also features 2 Chainz and Nicki Minaj, has been vocal about the altering of the lyrics.

On Sunday, the duo led their concert crowd in chanting the censored line, "you boys all cap, I'm more Colin Kaepernick," telling the audience that "they ain't gonna censor us."

Kaepernick took to Twitter Monday to thank the rappers for their support writing, "I appreciate these brothers for not being silent on this issue!"

Do you believe EA Sports' statement saying they weren't sure they could use his name in the game?
