Beyoncé Hires First Black Photographer to Shoot 'Vogue' Cover


Beyonce is making headlines for going against the grain.

Queen Bey is reportedly behind Vogue hiring the first black photographer to shoot a cover for the magazine.

Who did she pick? 

A 23-year-old super talented photographer named Tyler Mitchell. The 23-year-old NY based photographer has shot campaigns for Marc Jacobs, Givenchy, Ray-Ban, Nike, Converse, and Mercedes Benz and more.

He's also shot several artists for Fader, including Kali Uchis and Lil Uzi Vert.

According to HuffPost, Beyonce has been given full creative control over the publications September issue.
