Airline Worker Busted With 9 Pounds of Cocaine Taped To Legs

A crew member for Fly Jamaica Airlines was busted trying to smuggle 9 pounds of cocaine into the United States.

According to customs, the drugs were discovered after the man was pulled into a private screening room at JFK Airport in New York. The suspect had just finished working on a flight arriving from Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Agents discovered four bags taped to his legs. Nine pounds of cocaine were in those bags. The estimated street value was $160,000.

A photo of the search shows the man with his pants down and the bags of coke wrapped around his thighs and ankle. He has been charged with federal narcotics smuggling.

This is exactly why you don't try to smuggle drugs into the country!
