The Cleveland Cavaliers and head coach Tyronn Lue have announced that Lue is stepping down from the team because of health issues.
TNT's David Aldridge is reporting that Lue will be on a one-week plan to address his health issues and could return to the bench next week.
Lue has reportedly been dealing with chest pains and difficulty sleeping as well as "other troubling symptoms."
