During a recent interview with the Telegraph, Sharon Osbourne made some comments about Kim Kardashian that may have seemed a little hater-y.
However, The Talk host says it's all a huge miscommunication and that she was ultimately misquoted.
Monday, during the show, Osbourne tried to clear up her statements, saying:
"(The interviewer) asked my opinion and I gave it. It wasn't rude. She poses nude, she's very sexual in her clothes, and even her every day clothes, it's very sexual. Whatever she does, she's showing her body, which shows she's a strong, grounded woman and she's not ashamed of her body... it doesn't make you a feminist, it makes you someone who is a strong person, and confident with their body and wants to show it. But, that's not a feminist," Osbourne explained.
While she didn't directly call Kardashian a "ho" in the interview, she does allude to the thought that maybe Kim's rise to stardom wasn't very wholesome. Check it out below:
“Kim says she’s doing everything in the name of feminism, but that’s not feminism! Those girls live off their bodies, half of L.A. has been through them and everything they do from the sex tape to the plastic see-through dresses and the gym wear is about sex, not female progress. And listen: God bless them. If Kim wants to show off her body, fine. But that’s not feminism, that’s being a ho. And there’s nothing wrong with being a ho, but always remember what you are.”
When Kim K got wind of Osbourne's statements she had a response of her own, once again getting naked for the 'Gram.
Kim obviously doesn't care.
