Offset's attorney says he was a target for arrest by police for being young, rich, and black, but the cops say his weaving through lanes of traffic is what got him arrested. Cops say that Offset's failure to "maintain lane" was the reason that he was pulled over.
The guns, well, there were actually three found in the car. One was with his bodyguard and the other two were in the car. Offset got charged with 2 counts of illegal possession of firearms, but his lawyer says the guns belonged to his bodyguard who has a license to carry.
