Maybe you've seen this clip across your social media feed. Displaying the all too familiar visual of a senseless killing. Only in this case the "victim" is speaking to his daughter as the suspect points the gun towards his head.
Take a moment and let this sink in....
We (myself included) are so desensitized by murders of black people on the day to day, whether by the hands of dirty police or in the case above by the hands of our very own.
To me this humanizes the whole situation from all perspectives; from the suspect mentioning how hard it is for him to go through the act of murder and obviously the victim who is speaking words to his child that unfortunately never gets delivered.
