A woman is looking for ways to reward a man who took up for her on a flight after a man who was sitting next to her was texting hurtful things about her appearance to his wife. Savannah Phillips took to Facebook to shed some light on her “hero”, Chase Irwin, who asked a 50-year-old passenger to switch seats with him after watching him type that he was sitting next to a “smelly fatty” on his phone.
After seeing Savannah noticeably upset Irwin asked to switch seats with the man and told him he wouldn’t put up with fat shaming. Phillips and Irwin talked the rest of the flight and afterward, Phillips took to her Facebook to share her story and praise Irwin’s good deed.
