Compton rapper The Game has lost an ongoing $20 million lawsuit against media giant Viacom that began in 2017. A cast member accused Game of sexual assault while they were part of his show "She Got Game."
At first, he faced a $7.1 million lawsuit from Priscilla Rainey, and that made Game add a $20 million lawsuit against Viacom saying the company knew of Rainey's criminal history and mental illness.
Attorney Lisa Bloom said about the decision, "Whatever Viacom knew about the woman's emotional state has zero tolerance to whether he committed sexual assault and an Illinois court found that he did."
