A Raleigh, North Carolina mom was arrested after video of her infant smoking a cigar went viral. The 10-second video shows an off-screen adult holding a cigarillo to the baby's lips. It appears to inhale and let out a puff of smoke. The video has been viewed over 1.5 million times. Many of those viewers contacted Raleigh police. 20-year-old Brianna Lofton was charged with two counts of felony child abuse. She was also charged with marijuana possession. The child was placed with protective services.
