Looks like technology isn't quite as advanced as we hoped. The co-founder of Phantom just so happened to be testing out the the latest self-driving Phantom AI when it was suddenly involved in an accident on the road while being documented by TechCrunch staff. Looks like it's back to the drawing boards.
