News broke of an 8.2 earthquake in JUCHITÁN DE ZARAGOZA, Mexico recently. Someone caught footage of what's known as an EQL (Earthquake Light) taking place as the city shook. This phenomenon appear near areas of tectonic stress, seismic activity, or volcanic eruptions.
