Tristan Thompson has taken legal action to fight thoseย new cheating allegations from an Instagram model.
According to reports, the NBA star has sent aย cease-and-desist letter to Sydney Chase,ย who claims she had sex with Tristan after he reunited with Khloe Kardashian.
In the letter, obtained by TMZ, his attorney, Marty Singer, calls Chase's allegations "malicious defamatory fabrications." Singer adds, "Mr. Thompson had no relationship with you whatsoever and he never sent you any such texts."
Singer also sent a cease-and-desist letter to theย host of the No Jumperย podcast, where Chase made the cheating allegations. The podcastย has already removed theย interview.
