Uh-Oh Beyonce's Diet Might Be Hazardous- DON'T TRY IT!


That intense diet plan Beyonce has been hyping since last year's Coachella might be hazardous to your health -- according to a British medical group.

The 22 Days Nutrition Plan, which Bey co-signed again on YouTube last month, requires dieters to give up bread, carbs, sugar, dairy, meat, fish and alcohol for three weeks. Mrs. Carter said it works wonders, but nutritionist Daniel O'Shaughnessy tells the BBC it "could be dangerous for the average person to follow without a team of nutritionists and trainers like Beyoncé has.”

The diet requires users to stay under 1400 calories a day -- well under the recommended 2000 for women and 2500 for men.
