Alright we all often have those late nights and early mornings or those moments when just every little thing prevents us from sleeping and we're just staring at the clock .
Well according to Fox News, we could possibly be the one preventing ourselves from falling back to sleep and don't even know it. A recent study has be shown that there at 6 different things you SHOULD'NT do when you're trying to force yourself to sleep.
1. Stay In Bed
3. Turn on Tv
4. Eat a Snack
5. Go to The Bathroom
6. Pop Melatonin
