According to reports Lori Harvey was driving in Beverly Hills last night and crashed her Mercedes SUV into another car. Apparently she flipped her car and someone had to pull her out of the car. That's when according to a source Lori tried to leave the scene!
However police arrived before she could fully leave. Sources are saying that she was texting and driving. According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, Lori was arrested on two counts: misdemeanor hit and run, and delaying a police investigation at 9:48PM on October 20 after she rolled her vehicle.
โShe was arrested for the two charges and released on scene. Not booked. She identified herself properly and signed a written promise to appear in court.โ
Apparently she also face-timed her Dad Steve Harvey while she was there.
Hopefully she and anyone else that was involved is ok.
