You cannot kick a player in the nuts if you are Ref in any professional sport. Referee Fernando Hernandez gives Lucas Romero from Leon a kick in the nuts for invading his space and arguing with the ref. I know the video is in slow mo but that player definitely had a late reaction but for those who have ever been kicked down there understand that it is a delayed pain. Hernandez is is now suspended 12 games and probably won't be kneeing anybody else anytime soon.
