According to several sources, a man from Ghana accidentally cut off his own testicles while sleeping because he was dreaming of cutting meat in his sleep.
The man's wife was not with him during the incident but when she heard the news, she rushed home.
The man told BBC Pidgin he's currently receiving medical care in hospital but says it looks like he will need surgery.
