This is so scary. According to KHOU the incident happened because of a road rage incident, the sedan got off the freeway and the couple in the truck followed them and approached the car when it stopped. The driver of the sedan was grazed by a bullet and had his two year old son was in the car. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt!
Thankfully because the incident was filmed by someone else the couple was found and arrested.
The attorney representing the couple said that they work together cleaning businesses and that the man is a Navy Veteran but that shouldn't give you an excuse for doing that, especially since there was a kid in the car, someone could have died! I'm so happy everyone is ok!
