I'm not sure I would fully be ok with this! During a Reddit Thread of "Worst Place I Ever Worked" someone posted a note that was left by their boss explaining a new rule about being late!
"new office rule" at the unspecified workplace, and reads: "For every minute you are late for work, you will be required to work for 10 minutes after 6 pm. For example, if you arrive at 10:02, you will have to stay an extra 20 minutes until 6:20 pm."
Ahhh - ok I know there are some people that just can't be on time for the life of them BUT my big question is, for every minute I come in early to work, do I get to leave 20 minutes early???
