We got a bit of rain yesterday and while some people enjoyed it, it was a scary rescue for a dog named "Scooby"
A homeless woman and her dog got stuck in the LA River, the woman was able to get herself to safety but her dog "Scooby" needed some extra help! It took them 90 minutes to rescue the dog. A good samaritan even tried to jump in the river and help out as well but then he needed his own help!
