Nicki Minaj recently did a radio interview where she was asked about featuring on Gunna’s hit song “P___y Power,” the rapper says she was asked by Gunna to be on the DS4Ever album and she immediately loved the beat.
“I heard the beat and said, ‘Oh my God, this beat is out of here.’ No lie, I sat with the song for months and months and couldn’t bring myself to write for the record,” says Nicki.
Minaj says after hearing the moans and groans on the track she knew she would have to “talk that ish,” on it and be explicit.
Nicki says she couldn’t bring herself to write to it and it signifies how much being a mother has changed her. Gunna ultimately got Drake for the feature.
