Chilling Details About Marcus Anthony Eriz Who Shot 6 Year Old Aiden Leos

Marcus Anthony Eriz is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday. The judge will hear from the prosecutors who are requesting that Marcus' bail be set higher.

According to a new report after Marcus shot Aiden Leos he got into another road-rage altercation. Six year old Aiden Leos was shot after Marcus was upset that Aiden's mother Joanna Cloonan flipped off Marcus because he cut her off.

Eric "was angry after being 'flipped off' by Ms. Cloonan, so he grabbed his loaded Glock 17 9mm and racked a round,"

Here's what so disturbing. After Marcus shot Aiden he went to work and worked a full day, he then found out about the little boy a few days later. During that time Marcus and his girlfriend got into another road rage situation where he pulled out his gun.

"As Wynne Lee was driving on the 91 eastbound on the way to work with defendant Eriz as her front passenger, a driver in a blue Tesla did something to make defendant Eriz angry, acting aggressively," prosecutors alleged. "Defendant Eriz again took out his gun and brandished it to the driver of the Tesla. That driver told the defendants that he had called the police and then he drove away."

"He said he 'immediately' knew he was responsible for the boy's death. He then told Wynne Lee about his revelation."

After that Marcus hid his car in a family member's garage and drove his other car. He also shaved his beard and wore his hear differently.

Prosecutors say that Marcus is a danger to the community and can't control his anger. They want his bail raised.

According to reports

Marcus is charged with murder and a felony count of discharge of a firearm at an inhabited dwelling, with sentencing enhancements for discharge of a firearm causing death. He faces up to 40 years to life in prison if convicted at trial.

His girlfriend who was in the car with him at the time is being charged with a "felony count of being an accessory after the fact and a misdemeanor count of having a concealed firearm in a vehicle. Lee faces up to four years behind bars if convicted at trial of all charges. Three of those years would be prison and one in jail."
