Well, this story might top your answer. In a recent video, a Dominican woman was seen handcuffed, walking outside with her boyfriend. Yes, handcuffed. Apparently she didn't want her man to be going around so she tied him down.
In the clip, you can see the couple walking around on a what looks to be a dinner-beach date. And in my opinion, it's a little embarrassing.
