How A School Bus Driver Saved A Mom Who Was Being Abused.

Seattle School Bus Delivers Lunches To Kids During Coronavirus Shutdown

Thank goodness for a school bus driver! A suspected abuser has been arrested in New Mexico after a quick-thinking plan from his alleged victim.

The man's girlfriend gave a note to her children, telling them to hand it to their school bus driver. The note said she was in danger and the bus driver called 911.

Police arrived at the home and arrested the woman's boyfriend, 40-year-old Erik Alvarado. The victim says Alvarado tried to suffocate her and had taken her phone so she couldn't call for help.

Alvarado is currently behind bars facing charges of aggravated battery.
