This comes at no surprise to me, Matthew Mauser, the husband of the late Christina Mauser who was one of the victims in the Kobe Bryant Helicopter accident is suing the LA County Sheriff's Department. We heard about emergency responders taking pictures of the victims of the crash and showing them to others who were not authorized to see them. He is claiming that Sheriff Alex Villanueva did not secure the area where that crash took place properly which then allowed some to take pictures. Matthew is also saying that he believes some member of the L.A. County Fire Department took pictures of his wife and shared them with those that were not cleared to be involved in the investigation. TMZ reported that Matthew Mauser and his 3 daughters "now suffer severe emotional distress, humiliation and anxiety "from the realization that photographs of their mother and wife were wrongfully taken, shown and discussed." I believe he has a good case because photos should have never be mishandled in situations like this. These are all claims and allegations, so we shall see where this goes from here.
