According to retired Israeli general and current professor Haim Eshed, the answer is yes, but this has been kept a secret because "humanity isn't ready."
In an interview with a local newspaper, the revealing happened. It was translated into English by the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday.
"The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here; humanity is not ready yet," he said.
He went on to say, "There is an agreement between the U.S. government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here."
Apparently, the government has an agreement with the "Galactic Federation."
According to him, Trump was "aware" of the aliens and was "on the verge of revealing" this information that would drive people crazy, or the aliens at least think we're not ready.
