The Undertaker just retired after 30 years and his farewell was at Survivor Series over the weekend. He did go out making 30k from shout outs because every shout out/personalized message was $1,000 on the Cameo out where you can get shoutouts from celebs for a price. So yes, you can have any celebrity say that they are your friend and give you a shout out.
