It really sucks that this moment had to happen to this family and this woman felt the need to talk to them with such disrespect!
When they interviewed the woman's husband he mentioned how this was just one incident and now it was on TV.
That seems very dismissive, I appreciate that the Father is trying to make this a teaching moment for his family and hopefully it will make others rethink how they speak to other people.
