A Southern California CEO has made it clear, if Trump is reelected he will "pay it forward" to his employees by increasing their pay.
According to NBC 4, Eric Swigart the CEO of RPP Products in Bloomington, believes that another Trump term will be good for businesses. Swigart is not only urging his employees to vote for Trump but he is also calling on other companies to pledge the same offer to their employees.
