The announcement of the death of actor Chadwick Boseman to his Twitter account is now Twitter's most-liked tweet.
Twitter re-posted the announcement and captioned it, and "most liked Tweet ever. A tribute fit for a King."
The tweet so far has been liked over 6.9 million times.
The previous record-holder was the 2017 tweet from President Obama about Charlottesville, VA, that said, no one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin or his background or religion.
Obama's tweet was liked 1.9 million times.
