This video breaks my heart.

Video has been released showing the arrest of a 28-year-old man who died after being restrained for 6 mins on the hot asphalt by Phoenix police. The temperature that morning was roughly 100 degrees.

Ramon Lopez passed away on the morning of August 4, after being restrained by officers during an arrest.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and his loved ones.

According to reports, police were responding to a 911 made by a woman who said there was a "suspicious man" making "obscene gestures and looking into cars."

Police said when they approached him, he ran.
