L.A. County to Hand Out $100 Million in Rent Relief

Vacancy Rate For U.S. Apartments Reaches Highest Rate In 20 Years

Here's some good news, 

Los Angeles County made an announcement today that they will help people with their rent. The supervisors' board has provided $100 million in CARES Act funds to create a COVID-19 rent relief program.

The goal is to help from 8,000 to 9,000 households with this program.

The application will open next Monday, August 17, and will close August 31.
