There was a time when Trump did not urge Americans to wear a mask - but now that numbers are spiking all over the place and re-openings are rolling back, Trump has said that Americans should wear a mask!
He's not going to mandate a mandatory rule to wear masks but hopefully the President finally saying this, will inspire others to wear a mask who refuse to wear one!
